Capitalisation Rate for Rural Pharmacy

What is the capitalization rate for a small country town pharmacy in Victoria?

Capitalisation rates change across time and will vary to reflect the desirability and risk of each particular pharmacy and/or location.

The most appropriate capitalisation rate will depend on the characteristics of the pharmacy as well as its outlook. It would be inappropriate to respond without knowing the town, local competition, and specifics of the pharmacy.

Please call if you would like an analysis of the pharmacy to identify the appropriate capitalisation rate.
